A Shabby Valentine's Display
I made a batch of pink meringues and didn't know where or how I'd display them. Then I remembered I recently purchased some of Rachel Ashwell's Shabby Chic Note Cards with the intention of using the tiny prints to make something in miniature....and those little cards inspired me to created this set below.
Along with the polymer clay meringues...I made some tiny Angel frames from polymer clay, sweet little journals from the note cards and I created some Heart shaped Lace Candy Plates & a Heart Shaped Pastry Stand. Some of the furniture pieces were created by me. I guess it turned out to be a Shabby Valentine's Day Display. Hope you guys enjoy the pictures just as much as I enjoyed making everything. I will add some of these items to my Etsy Shop later today.

Some Pictures of what I've been working on
I've been away for far too long...but have been working overtime to make up for lost time. I was inspired by these Pictures below of a store here in NYC (where I'm from) called "Fishs Eddy"...I love that store :o) and created my shabby version in Miniature. The Cake Stands, Lace Edged Eyelet Tables, 3 Tier Tables, Bakery Signs and Aprons I handmade for this project. I hope to have these items added to my Etsy shop very soon.

Kid's Themed Birthday Ice Cream Cakes
My son absolutely just loves these Edible Cake Images that you can purchase in sheets and place directly on your plain Birthday Cake for a Custom Character Design. He had a Backyardigans Image for his 3rd Birthday and a Spongebob for his 4th Birthday.
I don't know why I was thinking of these today...lol...but I wondered if I could create one in miniature size....and this is what I came up with so far. I think they are cute and would look nice in a miniature children's birthday scene :o)

Frog Footman - Alice in Wonderland Character
Not much going on these days...so I'll share some pics of a commissioned Frog Footman from Alice in Wonderland that I finished sculpting last week. FYI- The tray of sweets that he is holding in his left hand belongs to the customer.

It's been awhile!
Wow it's really been over a month now that I haven't posted anything at all...I have been sooooo sick with morning sickness (we are expecting our second child later this year) and a terrible flu this past week too... that I just didn't...ummm...couldn't do anything at all these days...but it's time to get out of this funk... and get back into things....These sweet little moulselings I sculpted last night really perked me up and made me smile...I love little mouselings...can you tell?... :o)
