Miniature Almond Panna Cotta with Mocha Sauce

My very first try at something new...Almond Panna Cotta with Mocha Sauce.  Had to think about how to make the almonds...so I rolled out a stick of clay...baked it... then sliced diagonal slivers in almond shapes...and shaded the edges with Heat Set Paint.  They were so tiny!
