Another Wonderful Wooden Recipe Cookbook Stand

I feel like I should probably be outside enjoying the weather... but I have so many miniatures in my head that I want to make so I've pretty much stayed in all weekend brewing pot after pot of coffee and staying up late and waking up early in the morning just to finish them up...lol  sounds crazy right?  Well this is pretty much the norm for me once an idea strikes up...lol

So here is another wonderful Life-Size Rustic Wooden Recipe Book Stand above that I just couldn't resist replicating in 1/12th Scale Miniature Size.

Below are the pictures of my miniature version along with some other things I made too:

This rustic looking Recipe Box will go so great with these Recipe Book Stands.  I also made lots of different Recipe Cards to go inside.  I so love the look of the dark wood with the silver tones along side of it.

Wooden Recipe Cookbook Stand

I so love this shabby country cottage chic real-life-size Wooden Recipe Cookbook Stand pictured above so much..... that I created one in 1/12th Scale miniature size.
I made it completely from scratch with pieces of wood that I cut and trimmed and sanded down and then added its' charming design to it.  The adorable print of the lace doily has a real cupcake recipe written on it.... too cute!

These Pictures below are of my miniature version:

Ornate Recipe Cookbook Stands

I received  a custom request for an Ornate Recipe Cookbook Stand to be replicated in 1/12th Scale Miniature.  The real-life Stands are so delicate looking and so pretty that I couldn't resist finding a way to design one in miniature.  I especially love the weighted recipe bookmarks that come attached with the stands.

Below are a few Real-Life Stands that I drew inspiration from below:

and below are a few more of the ones I handmade:

Pretty Baking Dish, Recipe Cards & more

These are a few of the sweet little minis I have been working on this week.  Lately I have been going gaga over anything with bunting flags... so I was very focused this week on making these adorable little index cards and even typed my favorite "real-life" recipes on some of them too.  Also couldn't resist making these new Ceramic Style Pie Dish & Mixing Bowl... I love how they look just like my real-life ceramic ones... too cute, they were an absolute "must-have" mini.  Just in case you love em' just as much as I do too, I made a few extra ones for my etsy shop :o)

Potting Seeds Packets

Just a quick post on what I was able to make today for my Miniature Cath Kidston Shop.
These are teeny tiny 12th Scale Potting Seed Packets.  I was able to create a template that allows me to fold these into packets that open up in back so that they can even be filled with miniature potting seeds for added realism.  I just love the polka dotted design in front with the pretty illustrations.

I made a cute little counter for the shop yesterday and also found this picture taken last week of an aerial view of the shop. Not sure if I'm able to add more items to this shop...but I'm sure gonna try because there are a few new things I want to work on this weekend ;o)
Will be back soon with some more fun stuff, enjoy your weekend!
